1. Promotion Period

This promotion is available from 2 March 2026 to 27 March 2026, inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 New Customers

For the purpose of this promotion, a New Customer is defined as an organisation that does not hold an active Argus Tracking customer account at the time of enquiry.

To qualify for the 3-month free Smart eRUC subscription, New Customers must:

1. Submit an enquiry via the Smart eRUC campaign form, or contact Argus Tracking via phone or email, during the Promotion Period, and no later than Friday, 27 March 2026; and

2. Enter into a signed agreement with Argus Tracking for an eligible fleet management plan (VISI, MIDI, OMNI, or VISION AI) no later than Tuesday, 31 March 2026.

2.2 Existing Customers

Existing Argus Tracking customers may qualify for the 3-month free Smart eRUC subscription if they:

1. Renew their eligible Argus Tracking agreement (VISI, MIDI, OMNI, or VISION AI); and

2. Complete the contract renewal process, including signing all required documentation, no later than Tuesday, 31 March 2026.

3. Approval & Contract Term

• All applications are subject to Argus Tracking’s standard credit approval, onboarding, and acceptance processes.

• This promotion is only available on agreements with a minimum contract term of 36 months.

4. The Discount

• The promotion provides three (3) months of free Smart eRUC subscription fees (“Discount Period”).

• The Discount Period applies to the first three (3) monthly subscription invoices, commencing from the Smart eRUC service activation and billing start date, as determined by Argus Tracking.

• The discount applies only to the standard Smart eRUC software subscription fee for the selected plan.

The discount does not apply to:

• Hardware devices, equipment, or vehicle units

• Installation, de-installation, or technician service fees

• Optional add-ons or third-party integrations

• Usage-based charges (including but not limited to satellite roaming, overages, or excess data usage)

• Any other fees outside the standard subscription charge

After the Discount Period ends, all charges will revert to the standard rates set out in the customer’s signed agreement.

5. Offer Restrictions

• This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any alternative benefit.

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Argus Tracking promotion, discount, or incentive unless expressly approved in writing by Argus Tracking.

• The 3-month free Smart eRUC subscription is limited to one promotion redemption per legal entity.

• Argus Tracking reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject applications that do not meet the promotion criteria.

6. Cancellation & Early Termination

• If the customer terminates their agreement within the minimum 36-month term, Argus Tracking’s standard early termination fees and conditions (as outlined in the Argus Tracking Terms & Conditions) will apply.

• The discounted portion of any invoice issued during the Discount Period is non-refundable and cannot be credited or transferred in the event of early cancellation.

7. General

• Argus Tracking reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any changes will not affect customers who have already completed sign-up and received written confirmation of eligibility from Argus Tracking.

• All services are supplied in accordance with Argus Tracking’s standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

• All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
